Billings Tourism Study- PDF (16 pages)
What do people spend at our restaurants
? Shopping? How can we improve their experience?  How should we grow our community? What do visitors think of us? How can we open the door to visitors and potentially get them to move their families and their businesses to Billings?
The Tourism Business Improvement District and the Billings Chamber of Commerce Convention & Visitors Bureau have been working with Randall Marketing research company for over a year. Their findings will help us develop a long range vision for community improvement while sharing the economic value of tourism.
